The Community Engagement Senior Program Manager is a key strategic and program implementation role that supports the creation and continued use of a consistent and effective citywide approach to meaningful community engagement. This position is responsible for collaborating with team members and department-level outreach/engagement staff to create and evaluate engagement plans; designing and sharing information and materials that contribute to a shared understanding of best engagement practices; developing positive relationships with internal and external partners; identifying ways to improve inclusivity in city programs and decision-making processes; and demonstrating an ability to hear and incorporate feedback to better inform decisions or the next phases of a project.
