Erin Zimmermann - Executive Manager


Erin Zimmermann joined IAP2 in 2019 as the Strategic Development Manager and in January 2022 moved to the position of Executive Manager. She has over a decade of nonprofit and volunteer experience. Some of her highlights include leading cross-sector collective impact initiatives and partnerships; implementing strategic planning and change management processes; expanding literacy programming across the state; starting her own consulting business; and supporting a global project on high performing board and CEO partnerships.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Colorado State University and a M.S. in Counseling from University of Phoenix. She seeks out challenges and opportunities to grow, and believes everyone has a story to tell, if someone is willing to listen. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children.


Dina Storz - Financial and Member Services Administrator


Dina Alengi Storz was first introduced to IAP2 in 2003 when she joined IAP2’s former management company as a membership coordinator. Over the next 11 years, Dina expanded her duties and responsibilities with IAP2 Federation eventually serving as Administrative Manager and Financial Manager. Dina left the IAP2 organization in 2014 to focus on her family and is a proud and devoted mom to her son.

Dina's current role with IAP2 USA includes providing assistance to new and existing members and overseeing the day-to-day financial activities of the organization.

Angela Madziar - Programs and Communications Manager


Angela Madziar joined IAP2 in 2019. She manages programs, membership, and communication activities and administers the organization's database. In addition, her responsibilities encompass training administration and chapter support. Angela's background includes association membership development and database administration as well as American Cancer Society donation campaigning.

Angela holds a bachelor's degree in business communications and an associate in political science. She has a passion for the environment and is a cat lover. She fosters stray and unwanted cats and kittens making sure they find loving homes. 

Shyla Glavin - Training Coordinator


Shyla Glavin is new to IAP2 USA. Her professional experience is heavily concentrated in Organizational Development and Human Resources; specifically in areas of leadership and staff development, coaching/consulting, project management, facilitation/training, content development, retention, and employee recognition. 

Shyla holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. In 2019 she completed the Human Capital Coaching Alliance Training and is a certified coach. In 2022 she earned a certification in Stay Interview Management. 

In her free time she loves to be with her family, golfing or enjoying her property. Or, you can find her in the kitchen cooking a delicious dinner or baking a new dessert.



Gail Madziar - Consultant  Special Projects


Gail Madziar served as IAP2 USA Executive Manager from August 2019 through December 2021. She currently supports IAP2 USA staff and members as a consultant working on special projects. Prior to joining IAP2 USA, Gail served as Executive Director of the Michigan Library Association (MLA) for nearly seven years. In addition to her leadership and advocacy roles, she headed up the strategic planning and consulting arm of the organization.

Before MLA, Gail spent seven years as vice president of membership and communications for the Michigan Bankers Association developing public relations strategies, marketing campaigns and communications policies.

She earned a B.A. in Journalism from Michigan State University and a MBA from Bowling Green State University.
