Aligning with Shared Vision and Values for Equity
These days, a lot of people are talking about equity. Equity relates directly to our work and while many people believe it is important to "do equity" in public participation, many people understand or define it differently.
Join this learning series with Dr. Cori Wong and Positive Philosophy Consulting to build a strong, grounded understanding of equity, and how to genuinely incorporate it into your work.
There will be two parts to this workshop as described below. Attendance at the first session is a pre-requisite for the second.

Whether you consider yourself a curious ally or committed advocate, this session is an important starting place for any process of transformation. After a week to absorb the information shared in session 1, join this follow up dialog with fellow practitioners to grow your understanding of key concepts, and further build shared understanding of 'equity' in the process and outcomes of your work.
