As government agencies place an increased value on partnerships with community organizations, understanding how to best connect with and maintain relationships with these groups is an essential part of many public participation and community engagement strategies. Public participation practitioners must clearly understand the communities and the organizations they seek to connect with in order to make mutually-beneficial partnerships. Join us for an interactive Idea Hub that includes best practices and lessons learned inspired by real-world community organization partnerships. You will have the opportunity to network with and ask questions of other public participation practitioners about how to build better partnerships with community organizations.
