Making a difference in the economy and peoples' lives: A Case Study Tour

The Cities of Greenwood Village, Centennial,and Lone Tree, along with the Denver South Economic Development Partnership will host a tour beginning at 12:30 PM, leaving from the Westin Hotel,  and returning at 4:00 PM. 

Light rail will be taken from downtown Denver to see development, redevelopment and associated economic development activity along the I-25 corridor in the south metro area, which generates nearly 30% of the GDP for the entire state of Colorado. Participants will disembark from the rail at four different light rail stops and learn about how each location developed, successes and challenges, and what's in store for the future.

Dress comfortably as attendees will get the opportunity to walk around each location. Cost for light rail fare will be in addition to conference registration.
