The practice of evaluation means we can be more confident in our decision-making, adapt to circumstances and achieve our goals effectively and efficiently. In this Taster you will explore how to support your organization’s goals by building on the fundamental elements of evaluation in P2. We will talk about when to evaluate, the three levels of P2 evaluation, evaluation stakeholders and the four main purposes of P2 evaluation.

Participants will:

  • understand the purpose and benefits of P2 evaluation;
  • differentiate between the levels of P2 evaluation;
  • learn the roles of evaluation stakeholders; and
  • identify the four main purposes of P2 evaluation.
