About Gloria Huangpu
Community Engagement Specialist Gloria Huangpu has experience in regional planning, creative placemaking, and community engagement. She is pursuing a master’s degree from Tufts University’s Department of Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning. Gloria has an undergraduate degree in History of Art with a minor in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Gloria has interned at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s Department of Planning and Regional Development and the Asian Community Development Corporation in Boston. Prior to grad school, Gloria researched human resources (HR) best practices and advised HR executives on topics like workforce reskilling, leadership development, and HR technology.
