12:00 - 2:00pm Eastern

Dynamic, interactive and engaging hybrid meetings, sessions workshops have never been more important and are likely to become the norm! How you show up, interact with online participants, ability to “read of room” and navigate the unique needs of any hybrid conversation, not only impacts the meeting results but also the experience people have with it.

This course ISN’T about facilitation skills. This course digs deeper, it is all about YOU - Your presence, your style, your ability to ignite collaboration and energize colleagues and participants. The very best P2 practitioners continually hone their ability to craft just the right space for people to create and connect.

Join a 2-hour session where we co-create a shared understanding how best to engage your participants, lead dynamic, energized creative conversations all the while leaving people feeling inspired, willing and eager to join your next online meeting! No fancy tools, platforms or gadgets required!

Expect to walk away with:

  • A how-to guide for setting the best tone and environment so your participants and stakeholders feel comfortable and ready to engage in meaningful ways (regardless of how they are joining)
  • Three key fundamentals to “reading the online & in-person room” (people participate differently, learn to read the visible & invisible cues)
  • Reflection time for your own facilitation style, approach and how it might need to adapt to suit the hybrid engagement environment

$100 Members  --  $175 Non Members - $50 Student Members.

PLEASE NOTE: IAP2 USA members must be logged into iap2usa.org as a member to register at the member rate.

Trainer: Kim Hyshka, CP3

Kim Hyshka, CP3 is a believer that just about anything is possible with a little dialogue. She’s on a mission, to chart a different course for public conversations, better conversations that open possibility, cultivate collaboration and spark change through dialogue. With over 10 years working in the field of engagement, she has developed a passion for designing and facilitating conversations that matter and creating engagement experiences where participants feel valued, relationships are built and initiatives and projects move forward. You’ll find her in the midst of both large and small-scale projects, bringing experience facilitating community forums in large urban centers or walking pipelines with Elders in the remote wilderness.
