Denver Progressive Field Trip

This is a defining decade in the history and development of Downtown Denver. The city is experiencing unprecedented economic and population growth. Nearly 20,000 people call Downtown Denver home – a 279% increase since 2000.

In this progressive field trip, join in one or all of three sessions highlighting the creative ways planners are engaging people in the City’s transformation.

You’ll learn about:

• The Denver Loop, a 5.280 mile urban trail designed to link neighborhoods, connect people and create public spaces. Visit the Square on 21st where the Downtown Denver Partnership and members of the Leadership forum will share how Pop-Up demonstration projects are being used to engage the community.
