Discover Innovative Partnerships on Wheels

The City of Fort Collins would like to take you along for a cycling adventure that features innovative partnerships and Fort Collins culture. We’re a city well known for its bikes, brews and outdoor opportunities and you will get to experience all three on this tour. The City of Fort Collins Utilities works closely with many of the breweries in order to build efficient and sustainable processes for water and power usages. FC Moves (Transportation Planning) also works toward similar goals and developed a partnership with Zagster which expanded the cities small bike library to a community wide bike share program with 19 locations.

We’ll start at the Museum of Discovery and see how this incredible museum and the City work together, then enjoy a short ride on the nearby Poudre Trail. We’ll then ride to New Belgium brewery where we will have a 90 minute tour of the facility that covers the evolution of the business as well as its partnership with the City. We’ll wrap up with a happy hour in the tap room. Dress appropriately and bring a smart phone and credit card for bike rental!
