A world leader in Public Participation, Doug regularly brings together diverse groups to discuss controversial subjects, make consensus recommendations, and establish effective teams. He has designed, managed, and facilitated well over 1,000 meetings, more than 20 long-term stakeholder advisory boards, and 10 national stakeholder forums.

Doug was a 2018 IAP2 North American Conference Session Presenter, and will be teaching a course at the 2019 IAP2 USA Skills Symposium, "Making Public Meetings Work For You and Your Stakeholders" .
