Gail Madziar - Executive Manager

Gail Madziar joined IAP2 USA as Executive Manager in August 2019. Prior to joining IAP2 USA, Gail served as Executive Director of the Michigan Library Association (MLA) for nearly seven years. In addition to her leadership and advocacy roles, she headed up the strategic planning and consulting arm of the organization.

Before MLA, Gail spent seven years as vice president of membership and communications for the Michigan Bankers Association developing public relations strategies, marketing campaigns and communications policies. Her career includes roles at the Michigan Association of Realtors, Associated General Contractors of Michigan and the Michigan Department of Corrections. She earned a B.A. in Journalism from Michigan State University and a MBA from Bowling Green State University.

Gail is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and the Michigan Society of Association Executives and served on the board of the Michigan Council on Economic Education. Her community service includes the Capital Area Literacy Coalition, Habitat for Humanity and Girls Scouts of America.

Erin Zimmermann - Strategic Development Manager

Erin Zimmermann joined IAP2 in 2019 as the Strategic Development Manager. She has over a decade of nonprofit and volunteer experience. Some of her highlights include leading cross-sector collective impact initiatives and partnerships; implementing strategic planning and change management processes; expanding literacy programming across the state; starting her own consulting business; and supporting a global project on high performing board and CEO partnerships.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Colorado State University and a M.S. in Counseling from University of Phoenix. She seeks out challenges and opportunities to grow, and believes everyone has a story to tell, if someone is willing to listen. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children.

Dina Storz - Financial and Member Services Administrator

Dina is no stranger to the IAP2 family! She was first introduced to IAP2 in 2003 when she joined IAP2’s former management company as a membership coordinator. Over the next 11 years, Dina expanded her duties and responsibilities with IAP2 Federation eventually serving as Administrative Manager and Financial Manager. Dina left the IAP2 organization in 2014 to focus on her family and is a proud and devoted mom to her 4 year old son.

Dina is thrilled to be back with the IAP2 family. Her role with IAP2 USA includes providing assistance to new and existing members and overseeing the day-to-day financial activities of the organization.

Dina works part-time for IAP2 USA.

Anneliese Walker - Communications & Chapter Coordinator

Anneliese Walker has been with IAP2 since 2016. Her primary areas of interest are in rural community sustainability studies, and regenerative agriculture. She lives in rural Minnesota, farms with her husband using regenerative agriculture practices. 

When she is not supporting IAP2 and its members, she is often found working on the farm, out at the horse barn, or at the local coffee shop.

Anneliese works part-time for IAP2 USA as an independent contractor, and supports Amelia Shaw Consulting in supporting IAP2 USA's revenue generating events. 

Amelia Shaw Consulting (ASC) - Revenue Generating Events

Led by Amelia Shaw (previous IAP2 USA Executive Manager), ASC is a group of consultants committed to raising awareness about and creating professional development opportunities for "Good P2". ASC will support the IAP2 North American Conferences, Skills Symposiums, Certification, Webinars and Tasters. They look forward to working with all of you to make these successful events.
