Amelia Shaw

Amelia is IAP2 USA’s part time Executive Manager.  She is well known to many in the IAP2 family, having been the past interim Executive Director for the IAP2 Federation, a past International Board director, past president of IAP2 Canada and now a licensed IAP2 Trainer.  She has been a leader in IAP2 for many years and has many IAP2 achievements including being a Core Value Awards winner.

Outside of her work with IAP2 Amelia is a consultation strategist, practitioner and IAF certified facilitator. Over the past nineteen years Amelia has been successfully involved in the development of significant policies, projects and plans from strategic design, to initiating and facilitating inclusive processes, and implementation. Her ultimate goal, with any project, is to find an innovative approach that supports both community and organizational values and objectives that leads to helpful deliverables and a positive outcome. Organizations might hold the pen or shovel, but everyone will live with and help fund the outcome – people must be involved. Her proudest accomplishments are her three daughters.

Jennifer provides freelance administrative and communications support to non-profits, with a focus on those working to help people have a voice at the places where decisions are made. She has direct experience with many aspects of association management from providing member services to board support. She is highly organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with organizations working to facilitate online and in-person stakeholder engagement and participatory decision making. She has a BA in English, Communications, and Women Studies from the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she was the first Women's Studies major to graduate in the (at the time) newly approved degree program.

Dina Storz

Dina is no stranger to the IAP2 family! She was first introduced to IAP2 in 2003 when she joined IAP2’s former management company as a membership coordinator. Over the next 11 years, Dina expanded her duties and responsibilities with IAP2 Federation eventually serving as Administrative Manager and Financial Manager. Dina left the IAP2 organization in 2014 to focus on her family and is a proud and devoted mom to her toddler son.

Dina is thrilled to be back with the IAP2 family. Her new role with IAP2 USA includes day-to-day financial management and reporting. She also assists with budget preparation and year-end financial statements and reporting. Dina works part-time for IAP2 USA as an independent contractor.
