Practitioners are routinely expected to design robust and inclusive processes for increasingly diverse communities, but often don’t know how.

This 2-day, highly participatory, case-based course helps practitioners:

  • Understand the theory and practice of engagement design;
  • increase awareness of diversity through safe group exercises and audio vignettes;
  • work from cases and you own experiences to identify and analyze stakeholders;
  • match techniques to your design; and
  • evaluate processes to make real-time changes.

Participants leave with the skills to design and implement inclusive engagement processes, useful tools and materials, and a cohort of colleagues to help you with this work over time.

PLEASE NOTE: IAP2 International members require a registration code. Please contact info@iap2usa.org to obtain it.
