CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION

All cancellations and requests for refunds for the 2019 IAP2 North American Conference must be made in writing as indicated below. Requests must be sent to IAP2 USA at info@iap2usa.org.

Telephone requests will not be honored.

Full Refunds require at least 30 days' written notice and must be submitted by the end of the day Monday, August 5, 2019. Those cancelling will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of $50.00.

No Refunds – There will be no refunds for cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the start of the North American conference on September 4, 2019. However, a substitute may be named and that registration will be honored. Please email your substitution information to info@iap2usa.org prior to the start date of the conference.

Workshops & Field Trips – IAP2 USA reserves the right to cancel workshops and field trips not meeting the required 8 person minimum by the end of the day Monday, August 5, 2019. In the event a workshop or field trip is cancelled, registrants will be given the option to transfer to another workshop or field trip with invoice adjustments made to reflect the new course cost or will receive a full refund. Cancellation of a workshop or field trip does not in any way impact the terms for cancellation by the registrant described above.
