GCI specializes in the design and implementation of public involvement plans, citizen group management, meeting facilitation, interactive decision-making, dispute resolution, stakeholder research, project management and strategic planning.

Our public involvement methods include a unique mix of qualitative, issue-based research, custom-designed engagement processes, small group discussions, online applications, public events and much more.

For each client we conduct community research and create an issue assessment to determine what is at stake and identify which of the many tools and techniques in the GCI toolbox will be most effective in communicating with stakeholders.  By having a wide variety of tools and techniques available, GCI can better assist their clients in engaging everyone who will or may be impacted by the decision.

GCI clients include more than 40 national, state, county, regional, and local governments and private companies.
 
The firm has extensive experience in conducting public involvement processes for federally funded projects and assisted state agencies in drafting public policy and regulations. GCI was incorporated in April 1997 and is certified as a disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE), women business enterprise (WBE), and a small business (SBE).  the primary office is located in Peoria, Arizona.
