CANCELLATION and SUBSTITUTION
All cancellations and requests for refunds for the 2017 North American Conference must be made in writing as indicated below. Requests must be sent to IAP2 USA at email@example.com.
Telephone requests will not be honored.
Full Refunds require at least 30 days' written notice and must be submitted by the end of the day Friday, August 4, 2017. Those cancelling will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of $50.00.
No Refunds – There will be no refunds for cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the start of the North American Conference on September 6. However, a substitute may be named and that registration will be honored. Please email your substitution information to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the start date of the conference.
