The National Coalition for Dialogue & Deliberation is a network of thousands of innovators who bring people together across divides to tackle today’s toughest challenges. NCDD serves as a gathering place, a resource clearinghouse, a news source, and a facilitative leader for this extraordinary community.


Deliberative Democracy Consortium (DDC)

The Deliberative Democracy Consortium (DDC) is a network of practitioners and researchers representing more than 50 organizations and universities, collaborating to strengthen the field of deliberative democracy. The Consortium seeks to support research activities and to advance practice at all levels of government, in North America and around the world


The National Coalition on Black Civic Participation

The National Coalition envisions a nation in which all people, from youth to seniors, have the tools to participate fully in the democratic process at the local, state, national and global levels. By continuing to lead the fight to eliminate barriers to civic participation, the Coalition will promote greater social and economic justice to enhance the quality of African American life.


The Center for Information & Research in Civic Learning & Engagement

CIRCLE (The Center for Information and Research on Civic Learning and Engagement) conducts research on the civic and political engagement of young Americans. CIRCLE was founded in 2001 with a generous grant from The Pew Charitable Trusts and has also been funded by Carnegie Corporation of New York, the Corporation for National and Community Service, the Ford Foundation, the Spencer Foundation, and several others. It is based at the Jonathan M. Tisch College of Citizenship and Public Service at Tufts University.
